New Amsterdam Vodka – Pink Whitney (E&J Gallo Winery)

New Amsterdam Vodka and Barstool Sports have teamed up to give back to local bartenders that are heavily impacted by bar and restaurant shutdowns across the country by selling “Support Your Local Bartender” shirts with 100% of net proceeds going to aid the United States Bartenders Guild Foundation’s (USBG) COVID-19 Relief Campaign. Since announcing on March 20th, with the addition of New Amsterdam’s additional $5 for every shirt purchased, it equates to over $150,000 in the first week alone.

Barefoot Wine pledged a $300,000 donation to help Children of Restaurant Employees (CORE).  On March 27th, on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Minilogue, Jimmy announced Barefoot Wine’s donation to CORE, with a glass of Barefoot Cabernet Sauvignon in hand.  Barefoot has always believed in bringing communities together, and community matters now more than ever.

Garrison Brother’s Distillery

Garrison Brothers Distillery, has launched Operation Crush COVID-19, a fundraising campaign to help American communities recover and rebuild.  The campaign, launched in partnership with Good Bourbon for a Good Cause, the distillery’s 501(c)3 public charity, aims to raise more than $2 million dollars for veteran-led disaster response organization Team Rubicon.  Good Bourbon for a Good Cause will also be naming a secondary beneficiary that is helping with the immediate needs of hospitality industry professionals and their families.

National Restaurant Association Recover Fund Request

April 20th, 2020: The National Restaurant Association Delivered a letter to Congress asking for a $240 Billion dollar recovery fund for the restaurant business. Article: “For an industry with sales that exceed the agriculture, airline, railroad, ground transportation, and spectator sports industries combined, a restaurant relief and recovery program is desperately needed”
